Irene is a senior at the Brearley school. Born and raised in New York, she has long been fascinated by the city’s creative scene, spending many hours of her childhood sketching at the foot of sculpture and painting alike. When she was about ten, Irene received her first camera and she hasn’t put it down since. She likes to work with clay and a camera handy. As much as she loves this creative expression, Irene hopes to pursue Sociology in college in hopes to better understand and care for the world around her.
