Born in Brooklyn, NY, Destine is a senior at Brooklyn Technical High School who plans to pursue Illustration as a major in college. She plans to use the art she creates to make a safe space for underrepresented groups and provide accurate and meaningful representation of them in the media. Destine draws inspiration from the encouragement she receives from her friends as well as the many creators and artists she finds on social media. Some of her hobbies include listening to music, drawing and more recently, crocheting.
