Born and raised in Hong Kong, Celine Fong is a high school junior interested in Art History, Fine Arts, Humanities, and Literature. As an international student, she is dedicated to the artistic process and depicts the theme of navigating a polarized, evolving world as a young person in her own works. Celine hopes to explore her surroundings through a creative lens to engender artistic exchanges and bridge cultural gaps with community engagement. She is inspired by artists such as Nicolette Ceccoli and Owen Rival and authors such as Ling Ma and Mieko Kawakami. In her free time, she enjoys listening to Lana Del Rey, reading her growing TBR list, visiting museums, and rewatching Phantom of the Opera on Broadway before it closes.
