Alexander is a senior attending Academy for Careers in Television and Film, born and raised in Queens, New York City. At school, he has led the design for his school’s largest film productions. Outside the classroom, he has broadened his global perspective by traveling abroad through Global Glimpse, explored political theory through seminars at Columbia University, and taken art classes at Parsons School of Design. He is interested in the intersection of journalism, history, and art. Specifically, he uses zines to amplify the voices of the marginalized. Through the Teen Curators Program, Alexander hopes to bridge the gap between artists and the public through curation and research.
